SmartPhone StoryFest
Rules

All submissions must be the original work of the applicants using a smartphone with the exception of the Non SmartPhone Category*.

All music, images, titles, footage, and other copyrighted material used in your submission must be properly licensed.

Theme should be focused on “Expanding Your Creativity”.

Director, producer, screenwriter, and cinematographer must be Emerson students
-
No outside professional help allowed.
Eligibility

Must be an Emerson student (Grad students included).

Must use a smartphone* (Tablets are included).
-
No age requirement.
-
Directors, producers, and cinematographers must be Emerson students.

Films must have been created between Fall 2021 and Spring 2022.

Entries must be a video. Stop motion Animation is included.

Filmmakers should make a note of trigger warnings or disclaimers when submitted

Length of film submissions must be no more than 5 minutes (Including title and credits).

All production costs are at the expense of the creators.

We encourage anyone participating in the festival to follow COVID restrictions.
